JBE owes his re-election to DeStroya and her ilk in urban league and DNC. Without them hitting the black churches and neighborhoods with "street money" and telling black voters Rispone was the new David Duke and he was coming to take their food stamps away, JBE would have never won. And even that barely put him over the top. So, he has to shut up and take it. He owes them favors.

It is more of a white guilt transplant thing to like her. But there are a shitload of them in New Orleans now and they're who will tip the vote. Just like DeStroya's black supporters, they think white people who don't support her are only critics because they're racist.

Wow...I didn't think I could possibly think less of her then I read this.....and she's going to get re-elected. Sad, she's killing that city and I know a lot of you are happy about that - I'm not. I have enjoyed some of the best times of my life there and I hate to see what she's doing but sadly it's going to continue I'm afraid.
