How about you explain how the mayor has this kind of power? What law allows it?

It appears that the state of emergency we have been living under gives those in charge great unchecked powers.

As I stated, years of us voting in politicians greedt for power us coming back to kick us in the arse. They built a system that allowed this to happen and honestly none of them seem to be interested in actually changing it.

Saw them at Sam’s Club on Airline as well yesterday. They’ve been getting more difficult to find at Walgreens recently in the NOLA area.

got the jab and think this is ridiculous. I understand vaccine cards on LA Wallet but how are they going to enforce fake negative test that can literally be made in 5 seconds on acrobat

Totally ridiculous.

I'm planning to spot check who can spot a fake and who can't

Are you purposely ignoring the property owners or are you just this dumb?

By limiting my freedoms due to non-compliance, yes, you are forcing medical treatment.

quote:

If someone who has taken the vaccine has an emergency and has to go to the ER or something and they can only get half arse treatment because there are not enough doctors or nurses because of all the Covid patiences then that could impact my life.

So, I should get a vaccine I don't agree with because hospitals are short-staffed? If hospitals are so concerned about their staffing and offering services, perhaps they should not be firing employees who do not have the vaccine.

quote:

And what happens with babies? They get what? 2 months shots? 6 months shots then 1 year shots? (I am not 100%, I know its something like that). If taking a vaccine is infringing on people's rights then we need to start waiting until these kids are old enough to decide whether or not they want to take the vaccine instead of having people decide for them that they must take it. If they catch something before then, thats just the cost of their freedom right?

Even you know this is all complete nonsense as anyone under the age of 18, with some exceptions, has to have parental permission for medical treatment. And parents are responsible for medical decisions for their minor children.

my husband was exposed to Covid several times at work

We've had quite a few family members test positive that are in close contact with over the past year or so. None of us has ever gotten sick. Or we've had a very mild case.

yeah if you're anti vaccine that's your workaround

get one negative test and then change the date forever on adobe

this is such a debacle

He has said that unvaccinated people should be denied healthcare over someone that has had the vaccine.

I think its completely outrageous that a handicapped person has this opinion

Walgreens is drawing blood and then lab analyzing it in minutes?

It's shitty because it makes businesses do all the heavy lifting for her. Those with grandfathered conditional permits have to enforce this for fear of losing everything. It is the same as last time arounf with the masks.

This is difficult to hear, but it’s true.

1. Yes, your liberty is being limited by these restrictions

AND

2. It is legal to do so under the current circumstances. (i.e. the state of emergency proclamation)

Is this correct? Really just curious about the legality of it.

I didn't get the logistics of all of this. I just wanted a few antibody tests and went to get them. I didn't ask details for the how.

I’m genuinely curious, Sam’s club and Walgreens are really doing blood draws and on site lab work?
