I used to love going to New Orleans. I will probably never go back. Its full of blacks with zero regard for human life.

Veteran prosecutors said it is extremely rare for a murder defendant to be granted permission to leave the state while their trial is pending
In 2022, Mississippi allowed an attorney charged with murder to bond out and live in Louisiana while awaiting trial (he was also arrested here a few months later). We are just paying them back by sending our alleged murders to live in their state for a year or two before we dismiss the charges. Nothing to see here. Move along.

Well, innocent until proven guilty. Bail is set for a reason. Is it better to have someone sitting in a parish jail taking up resources and costing you money, or have them sitting at home until trial hits. Remember, they aren’t guilty until convicted at trial so you cannot claim they are a criminal yet.
I tend to agree with this logic if its consistent.
Something tells me this is not consistent with this judge though.

Situations like this makes me with there were real life Dexters out there, Serial killers who controlled their urge to kill by only killing people who killed innocent people and what not. Without having to waste money going through the courts, etc

Had video of Rittenhouse in a clear self defense situation trying to back away and leave the situation, but yet the same liberal judges kept him in jail for months and finally relented on what a 3 million dollar bail?
Explain that?
