New Orlean's Finest WTF moments!

I'm driving on Jefferson and as it turns into Claiborne Ave, several cars come to a stop light. As I come to a complete stop for a solid full minute, I look to my right side and on an open lot about a 6'4" super skinny man of African descent in nothing but dirty brown draws and a tee shirt is in full squat dropping a DUECE , JUNK SWINGING AND NO frickS GIVEN literally 20ft from the street in broad daylight, and he has 1 tiny piece of tissue and he proceeds to try and wipe his arse knowing he will leave some sauce behind. 
There is a jeep right in front of me , top down with 4 chics just dying, horns going off n stuff.
