don't know what you mean by that but I don't go to work to make friends, I do my job, expect everyone else to do theirs, if we become friends so be it, I am a friendly guy and do make friends at work, you don't know me or anything about me, you certainly don't have any beef with me, unless you're prejudiced

What I am saying is that you just because youre friends with someone, anyone really, doesnt mean you really know them and their deepest convictions. There are many minorities that just grit their teeth, and refuse to voice their opinions about race due to opinions prevalent on the OT. Theres too much for them to lose to alienate themselves and it would do them no good to voice their opinions amongst some folks that just refuse to get it. These are things minority professional might discuss amongst themselves.
