New LSU bar "The Bandit" opening up August 24th

My time to party there has long since passed but I encourage all you crazy college kids to go check it out. Kyle is a really great guy that knows what it takes to be successful. This place will bust the slump the building has been in and eventually join the likes of Fred's and Bogies in the LSU bar elite.

The parking situation could be improved but the location isn't the problem. It just needed the right people running the ship.

they'd be better off going after the non greek crowd. Too many people fighting for one group (albeit large) follow the pack mentality.

That's one night a year. But yes 18 and 19 year olds do make up a pretty strong contingent of a college campus population. However this place is going to be more of a JLs/Fred's age group than Mikes/Reggies
