Well life goal was to get back into sales. But my experience was limited and running your own company for 7 years doesnt show much sales experience. So had to take the best thing offered.
I make pretty decent money.
Job has very little stress
Can do anything I want at work with very little consequence.
So yea. I thoroughly enjoy it. Add in manager literally means thirty minutes of paperwork and a very decent pay boost over what the other sales people make. I work alone, and do the same thing they do outside of paperwork and TOs.
I would recommend the job to anyone looking to transition as I was.

That's what was happening from what I was told. Though I never worked for Mattress Firm. People in their corporation purchased locations with no market, let it fail, then resold it to friends for substantially less than the actual value was. Exactly what we were told by our Regional manager who worked for them for 14 years. I'm sure you know more though from YouTube though. As for the mob...that who knows. My company may lander money too. Wouldn't be shocked.
