TBH, with the recent approval of Fantasy Betting, the legislature still has to lay out the rules for Ban Betting.

In all reality, no one should ever make a ban bet or any type of bet with him again because we know for a fact he will never honor it. Time and time again, no matter the outcome of the bet, he gets the attention so he wins and the OT loses.
