New Co-Worker does not say ANYTHING.

How would you deal with this? Here are the facts:
- Great guy, very nice
- Competent
- Great attitude
- Will speak when spoken to
But says nothing unless he is spoken to. Does not contribute in meetings.

If his work is getting done and done right, I don't see the issue.
We have one like that. She shows up. Sits and works with her earbuds in all day, then goes home. Rarely speaks.
She is also the most productive person in the office.
