Get ready.

Mike Drane has lived in the Baton Rouge Area for more than 20 years. As a frequent bus rider, he says any changes to the area's transportation will be helpful.

Ascension Parish Clint Cointment will hopefully announce plans for the northern wall soon.

You mean how it used to be a nice productive low crime area?

It's difficult for me to cut my grass sometimes. Can the gov't come cut it for me?

the only thing in South Baton Rouge they would come to is the Mall, Bluebonnet/Essen Medical stuff, Siegen, or Women's Hospital, and the buses go to those places, so what the hell are they complaining about?

The government has been bussing black folks around since the 1960’s, and what has it really done to help them?

If they name their routes like Amtrak, this one should be “The Getaway Driver”.

It was still a pretty bustling economic area when I was a kid. We lived off of Hooper in Central so going out to eat, bowling or shopping off of Plank was a pretty regular thing for us in the 80s.

Is this different from the NBR to LSU project?

A lot of people in NBR call the LSU area South BR.

It is the LSU/Nicholson area.

The thread last night was more informative.

I have never heard of Bluebonnet or Siegen referred to as South Baton Rouge.

Gravy has to sit between the axles for load leveling reasons.
