Only had Nikes for as long as I can remember but bought a pair of NB 574 a few weeks back.
May be the most comfortable shoe I have ever owned.

I've been a 990 guy for 20 years.
last purchase was Nikes for 1/2 the price.

I will be honest, I don't like Nike. For one, I always liked to go with the "not as popular" brands just because I don't like having on what everyone else has, but it seems like every pair of Nike I had felt like it wasn't made with the quality of other brands I have worn (Adidas, puma).
New Balance is a good brand, but for some reason I just don't like the N logo on the shoe.

Also, while I have never owned a pair, I have been told by several people that Under Armor doesn't make that great of a shoe either.

I've always been an ASICS fan, but I may give NB a try for my next pair.

Been 990 guy since before I could tie my own shoes. The only thing I have never liked is how quickly they get dirty and how shitty they look after light wear.
