My wife's 44 and in her best shape since she had our kids in her 20's.
Spin classes a few days a week and 1 or 2 leg days combined with eating healthy. That's litteraly all it takes. Just not being a slob that refuses to do any activity that benefits your wellbeing.

Age plays a role but it’s not like you can’t battle back and prevent what happened to Nelly.
For example, here’s Christina Aguilera. She was in good shape when she started gaining popularity in the early 2000’s but put on a pretty good amount of weight. The photo shows her in 2018 and doesn’t even show her at her heaviest. But look at the 2025 photo. Not supermodel thin but a healthy weight. Kudos to her for realizing she was overweight and then taking care of herself.
