Talk to the dog instead. Ask it why it shits in your yard and address the real issue. It may have abandonment issues or it may have been abused as a puppy and it is just lashing out - with poo. Make an appointment for you and the dog to sit down with a professional and see if you can work through this tough time together.

When your neighbor isn't home, put some peanut butter on your balls, get his dog to lick it off, take pictures and put them in his mailbox with a strongly worded letter and some Cheese Nips

If it's a small little bitch dog just give it a quick squib kick and it'll probably choose another yard..maybe?

Only reasonable solution

1.Buy dog
2.Make it on their yard

First of all, I think you should try to connect with the dog on a human-canine level and stare right back in the lil guys eyes. This will demonstrate your power that may block his liberal pooping habits. If that don't work, try asking politely.

As a dog owner, my neighbors come first. Don't blame the dog, hold your neighbors accountable. Call the law or animal control. It's in a dogs nature to not crap in its own yard (from what I've witnessed). In short, your dipshit neighbor is crapping in your yard.

I've had this problem in my neighborhood.
Every frickin dog in the neighborhood wants to shite in my yard, i guess b/c my dogs are fenced in like they are supposed to be.

I told one neighbor about it once, didnt' seem like the cared, so i put the shite on the front door step once, dog never came back.

Another dog that kept doing it, i didn't know who the dog was for, but it was a small little shite, so i'd let my dogs out when it was in my yard and let them rough it up a bit, quit coming after it realized that wasn't its yard.

Another dog, again that i didnt' know who it was for, kept taking shits, so i gave him a good red ryder in his arse. had to shoot him a second time before he got the picture.

First one is talk to the neighbors.

Do not touch the dog or harm the animal because then you will have ugly, hairy legged hippie chicks that are animal lovers protesting your house. You can also get sued or charged with animal cruelty.

If it's in EBRP take pictures and email them to animal control with the address of where the dogs live.

Typically they do make rounds and will talk to the owner. Second time I believe the issue a citation.
