Remove the camera that's on your deck.

My neighbor's house is 75' away and a corner of their house is in the distance in one of the camera views. The only camera they had was the wide angle so that's what we have, and it's aimed to the side of my house. I was able to black out the corner of his house so it's out of view.

I'm sure there is a way to remove that block but I have no idea how.

Get the brightest spotlight on a motion sensor and aim it toward his windows.

After the last hurricane/big wind, I called my neighbor and thanked him for restoring the fence so he wouldn't have to see me feeding the birds and squirrels in my drawers.

He said that's why he did it.

The other neighbor has a camera but not sure what he can see with it so I stay a tad more modest.

Have you spoken to your neighbor about it?

If so, take pictures (with date/time stamps) of the view of the camera's placement from your property.
Build a fence (on your property) which obscures the camera's view.
If they move/raise the camera to get around/over the fence, take pictures (again, with date/time stamps) of its new location and how it is viewed from your property.

Laws vary by state but you have a reasonable expectation of privacy, even in your back yard. If they move the camera after you've put the fence up to block their view of your yard, that could be pretty solid evidence of a possible crime (Invasion of Privacy (criminal or civil), Voyeurism, Stalking or Harassment, Trespass (which can include visual trespass in some states/instances).

The more attempts to block (as long as its on your property and the obvious intent is blocking view of your property) the camera-owner tries to thwart, the stronger your claim.

Sounds like a good place for a trellis and some climbing, native clematis or confederate jasmine.

I hope so. I change into my swim gear in my back yard.

EDIT: That might be why there are no cameras aimed at my pool that I'm aware of. People get jealous.....

If my neighbor wants to watch me swim naked, that is on them.

You cannot trespass the eyes. If he can see it with his eyes from his property, there is nothing you can do except build a taller fence.

My neighbors appreciate the fact that the edges of my security cameras also cover their yards. I help find a thief that stole my neighbors car.

Mount a laser pen and point it directly at the camera lens.

How high is camera off the surface of the deck?

10 ft? 15 ft? 20 ft?

You could put lattice and vines on top of a fence or a nice corten steel planter on the deck and bamboo in it.

This some Lennar 3/2 hellhole neighborhood? The deck will rot out soon enough or someone will quit trimming the bushes thus obscuring the deck. Either way, this problem is self-limiting.

Might be able to get a court to order an injunction for invasion of privacy. Pool? People in bathing suits? Children? What we talking

I like this idea.

No property damage involved like shooting it would cause.

Was told by law enforcement if I were to destroy it, they would charge me criminally. House and deck are 8ft off the ground, waterfront community.
