This is where the problem is starting at.

She wanted the pillows, let her handle it and stand up for herself.

Do you have something in writing showing that they are throwing in the pillows with the order?

You haven't mentioned it but do you have the pillows in writing? If so you're good. If not I'd say you're out of luck.

If you do have it in writing they prob messed up when putting in order and bc of that you have to wait longer to get them after they realized their mistake. They prob won't admit it but that's what happened.

So if you have free pillows clearly notated then go down and ask for owner. I had a situation like this and went to store several times a week. At the end of it they gave me a 100 gift card which I handed right back to guy and said thanks but you should give this to someone who will shop here again and that's not me.

12 weeks for delivery from manufacturer?

Actually, this is typical of many furniture outlets. Sometimes the stuff they order isn't available at the manufacturer at the time of purchase, so you have to wait until they actually make the stuff. I had the same experience with a couch i ordered; I had to wait 8 weeks for the manufacturer to ... manufacture the thing.

Keep up after the company you bought from. Tell 'em you want satisfaction or you'll file a complain with your state AG. You have to light a fire under their arse.

Do you really want a credit from a company that has jerked you around?

As said before, if it's in writing, she's good. If not, SOL!
