Welcome to life. I don't recommend spending any time or energy being jealous. Incompetence gets rewarded. Sometimes the Incompetent will actually develop but often they do not. Don't let how you react to this define you in your workplace. Focus on developing yourself and you will always be better for it. Who knows this might be the event that pushes you to find a better position in your own organization or find a great position somewhere else.

You're wanting to "throw shade" on someone for getting something they didn't earn by telling a joke you didn't write.
