Surely, there is someone near you.

Its obvious that this is a troll. The weird thing is how many posters want it to be real. It really says a lot about people, and their need for self validation. People are starved for purpose, and will jump at anything to give the impression that their life has more importance to human society than it really does, or ever will.

On the other hand, there could be people that actually believe it, and care about the fake story. They are just stupid though.

The reason I don't immediately write this off as troll is because I know two dudes who consistently find themselves in very similar situations every few years and always reach out to social media with vague cries for help and victimhood validation instead of just handling their shite.
