Sounds you'll you'll be brief-writing for a defense firm and will never speak to an actual client

That's cool. Do whatever makes you happy.

Most people do much lower than their practice LSAT's, but it sounds like you are in good shape.

Are you white? Look into being trans or genderqueer and look into your ancestry to see if you are part Native American. That's huge right now.

You "want" to? Why? What kind? Residential? Commercial? Real Estate Finance? What do you know about real estate law?

Unless daddy owns a firm or you want to do intellectual property (unlikely with your background), find something else.

I tend to agree with sabi.

But if you are hell bent on going to law school, do not go into debt on the tuition. Go to a good state school with low tuition. The market is pretty soft.

I mean, you're a fool if you don't put that on there, if you ask me. What are they going to do, question it?

"Being from the South, I have always felt that I could never be myself for fear of being treated differently. Now, I want to help others not be afraid."

Harvard just came.

Or, for conservatives:

"Being from the south, blah blah blah, I'm not a racist anymore can I go to law school please"

IP is the fricking pits, man.

Of course most of law is the pits. If you are torn about the decision to go then you are better off not going.

Job market for new lawyers sucks. Make law review and you can get a decent job, otherwise it's a crap shoot. Do poorly in law school and you'll be chasing ambulances.

Yeah, don't do this. Hookers, blow, and luxury cars aren't that great.
