they didnt. all of the cell phone calls were made from low altitude on approach (for lack of a better word). all the high altitude calls were from plane phones.

None of that has anything to do with what did or didn't happen at the Pentagon on 9/11. We have multiple civilian eyewitnesses who were on I-395 that morning who saw the plane slam into the Pentagon. We have debris, we have human remains, we have the Flight Data Record, we have the Cockpit Audio Recorder.

Nobody in this thread is claiming that we should believe everything the government and media feeds us.
Hijacked jets flew into those three buildings that morning. Eye witnesses saw it happen. We also have video. There are dead/missing people and planes that were supposed to be in the air that day.
Did some government officials know it was going to happen? Were they somehow involved? Were the hijackers recruited by a foreign govt? I don't know. That's a totally different discussion.

i dont trust them. i also dont think that every single thing they say is a lie. the absolute OVERWHELMING evidence indicates that 9/11 happened pretty much like the mainstream story says. that doesnt mean that there arent some crazy coincidences, some valid questions, and a series of "hard to believe" incidents, and it doesnt absolve the media or government of all fault.
my position is that YOU are a fool if you literally do not believe ANYTHING (your words here) that comes from the government or media. that is a batshit crazy stance to take.

I get it. Occam's Razor is a thing. But their track record on telling us the total truth is spotty at best before 9/11, and absolutely non-existent today. There were ardent defenders that the Gulf of Tonkin really happened. I'm sure there are still people who think JFK was killed by 1 guy.
For what the government did in the wake of 9/11 stripping away freedoms, starting perpetual wars against random Middle Eastern, and bank rolling the military industrial complex for decades...for a bunch of Saudi nationals that were allowed to do what they did to get the ball rolling on everything the Project for a New American Century wanted to accomplish (PNAC), wouldn't it behoove us American citizens to question everything single incident going forward?
I've questioned myself for years that everything was just, we fricked up. We let our guard down, and the terrorists took advantage. To do that, you have to swallow untold coincidences, near perfect scenarios, and turn a blind eye to the Government's track record on telling us the truth. That's a bridge too far for me.

Only one of these (Gulf of Tonkin incident) was a false flag.
The other two events occurred because of incompetence, naivety, communications and intelligence failures, etc., within the federal government. The US Government didn't "do" Pearl Harbor or 9/11, nor did it intentionally "let" them happen. But it did have enough pieces to prevent both from occurring and failed to do so.

because there is no real evidence to the contrary, and like you said yourself, occam's razor is a thing. is it possible that there was government involvement with 9/11? meaning -do i think it's possible that certain people may have known certain things or allowed certain things to happen for their own nefarious intents? absolutely that is possible. perhaps even probable. but does that mean that i believe that towers were destroyed by explosives and that a cruise missile hit the pentagon? no. there is NO EVIDENCE of that. there are just a bunch of questions (some valid, some not) asked about the crazy circumstances of that day. but far more than 51% of the evidence indicates that the attack was orchestrated by bin Laden and happened pretty much as reported. that doesnt mean that there arent other facts that we DONT know - there almost certainly are. i think 9/11 is mostly a case of we know the truth, just not the WHOLE truth vice, what you and others on this thread seem to believe, that reality is in fact an ENTIRELY DIFFERENT truth.
