There is something called Mud tea that looks like hot chocolate. Was invented by a guy on the same quest as OP.
Read about it once, but I’m good with coffee as I only drink small amounts.

I didn’t look through all the posts but crystal light makes a caffeine “energy” water bottle pack. The generic ones are usually cheap and are usually pretty tasty I like the dragon fruit and blueberry pomegranate flavors

On a serious note I gave up sodas to lose weight, and don’t like coffee but needed energy from something in the morning and couldn’t have my Coca Cola.
I found these energy packets you pour in water at dollar general called pure kick. No calories no carbs no sugar. 80mg caffeine and all the B vitamins. It works great and is only a dollar for a pack of 6. Taste good too

Ironically, our family got Essential Amino Energy yesterday at Costco for some reason.
My son wanted it for workouts.
