Looks like she was shooting out of the 2nd floor window down at the cops when they got to her. Could have been worse for the cops on the street if the guys inside didn’t move as quickly as they did.
Also saw some footage of her driving up. At one point she drives past a playground full of kids without shooting so it seems like she definitely had a target(s) in mind
