Mayor Barry to resign today

She is losing her position for bad judgement, I get that. My question is about the bodyguard.
They are considering criminal charges since he claimed work hours when he was banging her and that is theft of public funds. If his job was to protect her, wasn’t he doing his job when he was with her locked in a room?

At THAT is why she has to resign. I don't care what she does in her personal life but when she's doing this during the duty day and aiding/abetting in overtime fraud of a state employee, she's gone felony stupid.

As liberal as Davidson County is, the affair definitely didn't cause this. These are the same people that voted for Hillary. If multiple felonies didn't dissuade them in her case, a little martial infidelity certainty won't in Barry's.
There's a lot more about to come out about the financial improprieties, I think. The TBI and Treasury's investigations will prevent her from sweeping all of this under the rug like she hoped at first.
Good riddance to her, but the next one won't be any better.

There's a lot more about to come out about the financial improprieties, I think. The TBI and Treasury's investigations will prevent her from sweeping all of this under the rug like she hoped at first.

Wasn't so much theft than the taxpayers on the hook for mini-vacations for them. She was going to state sanctioned events....supposedly.
