Then you obviously don’t follow the sport but I already knew that
Clearly “plenty” of ppl relative to the NFL don’t follow the lower series but plenty of people DO follow them relative to the number of people who follow the cup series (the highest series)
In case you were actually asking the two lower national series that air on FS1/NBCsports nationally are the Xfinity Series (used to be Nationwide and before that Busch) and the Truck series (I can’t keep up with their current sponsor, it’s been rotating between Gander Outdoors and something else)

Rob Parker believes you’re not authentically black if you don’t speak like you’ve never stepped foot in a fricking place of learning. He calls you a “cornball brotha.”

You aren’t gonna troll me with that cause I don’t give a shite if it’s a sport, a Motorsport, or just a lame arse activity. Doesn’t matter to me what you call it I enjoy it
So try again

the FBI has joined the investigation.
They almost always do when a hate crime is reported.

It really doesn't matter what you call it. It has been a fair to good draw for a few decades now. Despite decision making that seems to be counterproductive to growing NASCAR, they've managed to at least keep it viable through downturns in popularity. It remains to be seen how it will perform in today's climate.

That's like saying swimming isn't a sport because they just go back and forth and do a little underwater flip (which I would agree with you on). But also like saying cornhole isn't a sport because all they do is drink beer and throw beanbags at a hole (which I would fight you on).

Swimmers are some so the most fit athletes on the planet.
Cornhole players are just the opposite
Bowlers and pool players are better athletes than cornhole players.

They are getting away from their base that made NASCAR. They are going after all this woke shite. I guess corporate america is pushing it on them. They need to focus on the people that fill up local short track racing all over the country. Bull rings from El Cajon Ca to Indy Raceway Park, Langley Va. they do that and they will be OK. They are not going to survive off of the 20-30 year olds running around in hoodies with skateboards living in Mom and Dad’s basement.

What exactly is the sentencing guidelines on leaving a piece of rope on the floor?

That's been happening for at least 10 years now.

Even if it is an actual noose, what law was broken?

I don't have a clue in that regard. I do know that many police departments and other law enforcement agencies actively report any hate crime, regardless of severity, to the Feds. I posted the FBI's list of reported hate crimes over the past few years a few pages back. The FBI has a specialized Hate Crime unit that is called in, at the request of local law enforcement, to investigate such crimes.
I don't know what charges could be levied if/when a suspect is found.

better check Bubba's home depot account, no doubt he bought 10' of rope right before the race.

He was far from a fan favorite a month ago. He'll go full Kaepernick when his contract expires and does not have a ride due to shitty performance. He might be a likable guy, but that doesn't put money in Pettys pocket. I might be wrong but i don't see him leaving the sport quietly.
