NASA's budget has been approx $52,000,000,000 PER YEAR. (That's BILLIONS). Look at their site and focus. They are into surveying the Earth -- just NOT Antarctica (they partner with G00gle -- an undeclared govt agency), Weather (Climate Change). But mostly the focus is on CGI imagery - a LOT of it, sloppy. This is NOT a budgetary issue at all -- never has been.

Seriously - I haven't a speck of malice or hostility toward you -- just disappointment. You are wasting extraordinary analytical skills.

DESPITE your rationalization that makes ZERO sense, logic, and math, I happen to *still* have faith that you can (easily) extract yourself out of this ongoing NASA-Space vortex of institutional Dogma.
