Nearly 400 have been issued so far to the heroin (thanks SS) addicts
Los Angeles is considering a similar measure
In unrelated news, reports of robbery right in front of the jail have skyrocketed in recent weeks.

For every heroin addict that dies there are 5 more replacing them. I believe everyone should have a second chance at life. People do stupid shite, make mistakes, become addicted other ways, etc.

Not sure issuing narcan to sober addicts leaving jail is setting them up for success.
