I mean the Des Moines Iowa, Lincoln Nebraska, Topeka Kansas’ of the world and you after Denver Co and Nashville TN. Roasting you is like picking on a retard. I’m sure these are cities you didn’t know existed before today so not entirely your fault.

Dallas
Raleigh
Atlanta
Louisville
OKC

Never been to Cleveland, Indianapolis, or Houston but those seem like good candidates as well.

Nashville has a huge music scene outside of country. I don't think most people realize that.

I asked him to take me somewhere where I could buy some and he brought me to a bar. I had to go get 6 beers to go and pay bar prices. Maybe he was just screwing with the out of towner

Beer in grocery stores and convenience stores is a fairly recent change in PA. Used to be bars, 6pack shops or distributors were the only places to get beer. Liquor is still just state liquor stores.

Most cities lack identity in modern times. That would include, but not limited to the following

Southern towns

Birmingham
Jackson
Little Rock
Shreveport
Montgomery

Methinks OP said urban areas of at least 750K (if not 1M) populaton.

None of these shitholes qualify.

Atlanta makes this list, as I believe there may be 800,000.

ETA OP said 1M. That said, Atlanta qualifies.

ETA2 OP is a dumbass. Most of what they posted don´t even have a 500K populace.

Lmfao!!

You can’t be serious.

I’ll help you with your list, any city in Louisiana. Disgusting shitholes where industry flees and so does their people.

Denver/Boulder are extremely overrated for people who don’t really, really like the outdoors. If you’re the type of person who wants to spend most of your free time hiking skiing or backpacking, there are only a couple places equal (and those have their own issues). If you don’t care for those things, I can think of 30 different places better

Yeah, no shite. I think Pittsburgh is the most underrated city in America. It's not the miserable Steel City it once was.

Charlotte, Dallas, and Tampa have to be on the list. They're all sort of on the fringes of the South, full of Yankees, and aspire to be something different... but they're not sure what.

All three are nice enough cities to live in, but I can't say I feel any inclination to go exploring when I go there.

That being said Miami's looks very unique in a way and nice but I think its just the water, most of it seems to be high rise hotels/condos or something.

I agree about the uniqueness of Miami's skyline. It looks more like something you would find in South America more so than any other city in the US.

Very unique and becoming very impressive.

I could go on and on about Shreveport, but "dull" and "lacking in identity" aren't its problems. I think it's fair to say that Shreveport leaves an indelible impression on anyone who visits for the first time.
