Being sick in America. You’d have hundreds of thousands in hopsital bills, but even if you weren’t sick you’d pay out the arse for a ‘what if’.

Honestly the worse I ever had the combination shits and vomiting was in Luxembourg City, at a rather nice hotel, I don't think any of the medicines did anything. Much worse than any of the third world shite holes Uncle Sam sent me to where all I had was a hole in the ground.
