My son loves it and there's always a jar in the house but I've never tried it either.

Last time I ate duck I bit down on a piece of 6 shot. At the time I still had an old metal filling. It wasn't pleasant.

Deer backstrap / venison and duck breasts are gifts from the gods. Incredible

The chimes has a duck & sausage gumbo that's amazing

I've never eaten lamb meat. I've heard lamb chops are tasty and I'd like to try some one day.
