I always enjoy the “what’s not being reported” teasers when there have been a ton of references every gump that at least has a friend with internet access has heard.

And I don't get the thing with people saying planes were crashed or shot down because of someone who was onboard. Aren't there like 100 easier ways to kill people if they are really on someone's hit list?

If this was the same article I saw I think it mentioned that the plan descended almost straight down. I thought it was pilot suicide.

More plausible scenario if you want to go the conspiracy route:
1. Suicidal pilot incapacitates copilot and crashes the plane, killing all on board
2. The powers that be see an opportunity to make the fang fang problem go away
3. Fang fang enters witness protection and the fang fang in the plane crash story is floated out there with cooperation by the Chinese with some back room deal
Still a conspiracy, just not as crazy as “they intentionally crashed a plane full of innocents to kill off a Chinese spy”
