Stray bullet? The spray and pray method these folks like to use results in a lot of that. That is, if we are going with the official "gang shootings" line.

Another car, the way it sounded they ambushed the dodge uber, sent it onto I-10, then followed after and unloaded into the wreck of the dodge/nissan.

I dunno, seems like a shooter hiding on the side of the I-10 somewhere would have a tough shot. Multiple bullets on a car going 70+. I think that’d have to be a semiautomatic rifle.
