the only possible reason to move to that side of the river is if you work over there and want to avoid the traffic
the fishing on that side of the river is pretty good though

eh, I'll go with other posters, if you were out towards the bon chance, cane fields, etc and would enjoy hearing the wind and seeing nature, riding around on a SxS, fishing, hunting, sure. But to live IN White Castle, nah.

When I was playing with the Gutter Sharks, we played at a bar called the Yellow Rail in White Castle, owner would pay us good money to play, thing is, the place was basically empty every time we played, except for a few stragglers, We couldn't figure out how the guy was able to pay us so well with such a small crowd there.
One Saturday, after we played on a Friday night, it was raided and shut down. Turns out it was a front for a big cocaine ring...
