Do you really think the “troops” aren’t being rallied right now to do things like pass laws that would prosecute people that go to other states to have an abortion, etc?

How? Where are the votes? Completely banning abortion is a pipe dream. Get serious.

It’s already in place in many states. They had trigger laws in place if/when Roe was overturned.

Nope. Unless the politicians can line their pockets somehow, they really don’t care about the person.

Anyone know how long these trigger laws have been in place?

You think they can’t line their pockets by being super anti abortion? In a state like Alabama or Louisiana? Lol please, the evangelicals are a huge base of campaign/lobby money in those areas.

That is not a complete ban. You will always be able to get an abortion in the US. Some travel might be required.

And many that would have an abortion don’t have the means to travel that distance. Hope you’re ready for the societal consequences. Have to love the small government conservatives that are having orgasms right now thinking of ways to make the most restrictive abortion laws possible.

Do you support more funding for the foster care system? Or EBT, WIC, free school lunches? Pro-life until birth, then screw them and their whole family, they should just work harder. Millions of dollars of medical debt? Same, tell that disabled baby to get a job and pull themselves up by their bootstraps like a real American.

Just wait. There will be left wing groups handing out $$$ for travel, room and board for women wanting abortions. I guarantee you dozens of non profits will be created just for this purpose.

But you have issue with that, so proves it has nothing to do with state’s rights, you just want your agenda pushed.

Did I say I was anti abortion? I just said a 100% 50 state ban is a pipe dream. And I said you will always be able to get an abortion in the US.

1) tragic regardless and you have our condolences.
2) you did not "terminate the pregnancy." You got an abortion.
3) that's called an exception at best.

Having a law that prosecutes someone for having it performing an abortion in another state is effectively banning it for half of the country. Also many that would have an abortion are poor/drug addicts etc., they don’t have the means to travel to another state.

So you support killing unborn babies out of compassion for the parents?

I don’t think aborting a fetus of 100 cells is any more murdering a human than using a condemn. A house fly has about 100,000 cells.

Prove a soul scientifically. Please leave nuanced conversations to reasonable adults, not ideologue morons. A condom prevents millions of babies from being born every year. Is that murder? No? But aborting a fetus with less cells than a house fly is? Especially in circumstances like the OP.
