Yea, that's a tough one. I first thought it was a Toyota but I couldn't find a pic of one of their cars to match it. Hmmm.
It doesn't look that old either.
Could also be a body kit but I'm not that familiar with Toyotas.

Didnt read the last two pages but that grill cover will have a part number on it. Part number you can narrow down the make of the perp vehicle

Thank you. The Trooper didnt indicate that the intersection had a camera. Im hoping businesses around might have something and or I can get some help from local body shops if they’re dumb enough to bring it to someone local. I’m also going to blast it on social media locally and maybe someone will see the car. It shouldn’t be too hard to identify at this point.

I believe it to be a 2019-2022 Altima. '18 and '23 had different grill/lights. No traffic cams on the N. side of I-12 at the intersection, and none in the roundabout.
