Probably. I learned from my parents how much State Farms likes to frick its customers. The only reason why they're still with them is because they have policy that isn't offered anymore. I stay away from those snakes.

It should be certified for destruction. Flooded cars aren't supposed to even be titled.

I took a salvage title in Texas and proceeded to put 300k unencumbered miles on it and it would have gone further if not for an overheating issue. Popped a rebuilt block in it and its still kicking to this day.
But its a Honda Civic. So theres that.

If a car is involved in a flood in LA the title is supposed to be branded with a certificate of destruction meaning it can only be parted out... however; I think some other states will still retitle it as salvage and allow it to be put back on the road.
