I was always told that a hard freeze like we had on 2 separate occasions last winter (snow) that trees rest and will produce more. That’s what my grandpa used to say. Im not sure if there is much truth to it.There is an enormous acorn and pecan crop this year..

You must have protected if from the cold weather last winter. My lemon tree didn't make much this year as it was damaged pretty bad last winter. Last year it made several hundred lemons.

same...I have a Meyer lemon that didn't make a single fruit this year.

A local nursery (Garden Spot of Mandeville, previous management). They are local trees. Planted them in January, 3 yrs ago.

A Satsuma is similar to a tangerine, but it's not a tangerine.

It's named for the the Japanese province where it originally was exported from.

I do not think the Satsuma province is in Southern Louisiana.
