So the next time I saw him leave for work I put 350# of 34-0-0 on his little 1/2 acre front yard. Little bastard used to cut his grass with a reel mower. I think I almost worked him to death.

Where do I begin?
The first one, to the east, beat the ever living shite out of his wife one night and left her for dead after he ran over her with his truck in the driveway.
Then they make up and she drops the charges and he lives next door to me for about 2 years or until she cant bring the charges back up. That morning he was gone. Thanks for at least leaving, Tim.
Second one, little old housewife, never held a job in her life. Husband up and leaves one day, and she has no idea how to even pay bills. ODs on pills one night.
Of course the nosey assholes here all ask me what happened with both since I live in the middle of these two old broads and they want the gossip.
These are both couples in their LATE 60s while are very well established and business owners.

Of course the rest of the neighborhood is full of seemingly normal families except for the two one each side of me.

I can't believe no one has said "My next door neighbor and I were friendly until...he ran 6 kids off the road, killing some of them because they rang his doorbell and ran."

Seriously though, we get along great with all of our neighbors. When someone throws a party, either you are invited or made aware of the potential noise. Very courteous people.

One summer day when I was in 4th or 5th grade, my dad couldn't get a clear picture on the TV. This was pre-cable and he had the best, and tallest antenna available. He messed with the controls on the TV, and fiddled around with the control that cranked the antenna in different directions, cussing every few minutes. Then he went out to see if something might be wrong with the antenna. I followed him out to the backyard because I was enjoying his rant. I enjoyed any rant that wasn't directed at me.

When we got to the antenna, we saw a wire coming over our fence from the house next door. My dad had a 4'X4' box around the base of the antenna, and had a spool of wire, among other antenna related items in there. After he deduced that our neighbor Tommy, had helped himself to 20 or so feet of it, connected it to the antenna, and run it into his house, he was as mad as I've ever seen him. He didn't go talk to the guy, he just yanked on the wire that was run under the window to one of Tommy's bedrooms. Later that day Tommy's wife called my mom, apologized, and said their TV got pulled off a shelf and dragged across the room before the wire came loose.

He never said anything, but I imagine Tommy hated my dad that day. I enjoyed telling my brothers, and everyone in the neighborhood about it. Tommy was an alcoholic that would get drunk daily. His wife called my mom on a regular basis to say, "Get the kids out of the street, Tommy's coming home." She was a very good looking woman, that I felt really sorry for.

He shot my grandkids pet chicken because it was in his yard,
then wouldn't even answer the door to discuss it. Called the Sheriff on him, he got a ticket for discharging a weapon too
close to a residence and a report that he could be charged
with felony cruelty to animals if we decide to press charges within the next 12 months.

Haven't seen him since.

MY brother-in-law/sister had a Golden Retriever that they were meticulous about in cleaning up after. Neighbor had a huge German Shepard who was allowed to wander around unleashed, usually taking a large shite on brother-in-law's front yard. Multiple polite conversations asking neighbor to control his dog. Neighbor was of the "frick off" mode. B-in- law collected his Retriever's shite for a mth in an X large garbage bag. Once filled, he woke up at 5:00 am & unloaded all the shite all over neighbor's front yard & driveway. They have not spoken in 2 yrs and there have been no more problems.

Neighbor kept sending his big dogs out to crap. They went straight to my front yard. I asked him to do something about it. He didn't. He took offence to me throwing the dog crap in his garage.

My roommate tried way to hard to flip a burger and ended up slinging that fricker over our neighbor's fence. Apparently it it hit one of the guy's kids.
