You woke up early Christmas morning to post that pile of trash. You must be one lonely miserable piece of shite. I’m sure you’re going to have a lovely day.

Merry Christmas!

Why do people feel compelled to shite on him for his threads? They are always interesting, and I am always amazed at what people cherish/will buy.

I open an antique tiger thread every time I see one posted, even if it is out of mild curiosity. I couldn't do what he does because clutter drives me crazy, but the dude made 800 bucks off of this shite, and I am sure he makes an extra 500-1k a month doing a hobby he likes. Why the hate?

And I agree with the poster about updating what things have sold for and for how much.

In fairness, I think he was replying to the other poster who gave you a hard time.
Merry Christmas everyone!

I find it funny, it don’t bother me, it’s the internet.

I’m at work, did Christmas last night with the family, my Christmas is done.

I’m at $5000 in sales for the last 90 days, and I didn’t do any during the month of October, due to working 28 days straight.

The $5000 number below isn’t what I really look at. It’s the average sold price per item, which is nearly $59 an item. I shoot for at least $50 an item.

How often do you haggle at the estate and garage sales, or do you just pay what they ask knowing you’ll probably make money? Genuine question.

You've been here since 2008 and average less than 2 posts a day.

Try and dial that back just a bit, ok?

Thanks.

You hit a home run with the Coleman stove. I’m heavy involved with the backpacking and over landing community and people are buying vintage Coleman stuff like crazy right now. I bet you’ll get $200-$250 on that stove.

This thread made me remeber the previous home owner left this in the attic.. Worth anything?

Original instructions

Where it was purchased I presume

There’s no haggling at estate sales, it’s set prices (you maybe able to haggle a little in the garage sale part of the estate sale).

As for garage sales, I will only haggle if I’m buying a huge lot of something, like a giant box of toys that I don’t search, I just know by the quantity, there’s value there.
For the most part, I pay asking prices because I don’t do this for the money and I’m not out looking for $15 items, I can get for $1. I’m looking for $50+ items for $1, or a 50:1 return on my money.
So if I find something I know is worth $100, and they are asking $10, I’m not going to negotiate, I’ll take it all day long. If you watch some of those guys on YouTube, the haggle everything because they do it for a living.

What’s the date on it? It’s stamped on the bottom side (month / year).

There’s going to be two guys here shortly chomping at the bit for that

No problem. I look forward to your posts.

Looks like my post went over multiple people’s head as to whom I was responding to.

the total you made is cool, but I am more interested in knowing what each item goes for. It's like the OT pawn stars of trash, lol.
