My flu-stricken son sneezed in my mouth

How fricked am I?
Literally a few seconds after the doctor said that he tested positive for influenza type b, he sneezed and didn’t cover his mouth as a nice glob of junk went into my mouth.
Haven’t had the flu since I was a kid so I’m banking on being immune.
