Piss on the carpet.

Take a shite in a closet.

Leave some of that juice from boneless chicken packaging in the AC ductwork.

Cook a cheap cheese pizza upside down in the oven.

Just be the bigger the person and move out peacefully. No reason to vandalize or do anything stupid to the place.

Did your original lease end and you are month to month? Is that the raise? I know our leases state once it’s over you go to market rent plus the month to month fee. I’m sure the 60 day notice is stated somewhere at the top of the lease you signed...

If you say frick it and leave you will not only lose your deposit but owe through the 60 day notice plus damages.

How high were you when you signed the contract?

Only course of action is to renew and remember next time. Welcome to another year at your place.

I’d much rather give a deposit back. It’s a whole lot less work. I’m Pretty lenient on move outs unless they’ve given me a reason to be extra picky.

60 day notice is so bullshite because it’s too large of a time to realistically find a new place to live (hey I like you complex but I can’t move in for 2-3 more months) and if you’re on the fence about staying it really forces your hand.

Last place I worked had a 60 day notice. Current place is 30. I get the same amount of bitching with each.

Every lease states the notice needed (usually near the top). You don’t like it, don’t sign it

A lot of places require 60 days. They’d have availability perfectly suited to your move date.

Solution seems simple. Play the long game. Do everything by the book, move out. When you drop off the last check ,ake sure to upperdeck the toilet in the office. Then wait two months go back and knock ecery window out of the office. A month after that frick the property managers wife and post pics on the OT.
