My cat sleeps 23 hours a day. Do y'all's cats sleep this much?

The only cat I have is a shop cat that came with the house. She doesn’t come inside. I bet your house smells wonderful.

Hello. Welcome to cats.
Mine looks out the window for five minutes, plays with her mouse for fifteen minutes, suddenly stops, jumps up next to me, licks her arse, then curls up, purrs, and goes straight to sleep for a few hours.
God help any moth, bug, lizard, etc. that comes in, though. They don't stay outside the cat very long. I've seen her go from dead asleep to bolting off the table to catch a moth midair. I didn't even know it was there before she was eating it.

Years ago I (ex-wife's cat) cat that I really never seen. It hid and slept all day. It would come out only at night. You would hear it playing with ink pens and such but wouldn't see.
