Tell him that he can report crimes anonymously to crimestoppers. If he has not met up with her, he has not done anything wrong. I’m sure you could Google Shreveport crimestoppers and find the number.

Just go to a bar in Dallas and find a lonely woman there. Or a bar close to SMU. Hopefully she won’t scam him. Just because it’s Dallas doesn’t mean the prostitutes are legit.
