Well, my first thought is to stop nutting inside girls that are not your wife because having multiple baby mommas is painfully trashy.

Basically you are gonna spend a stupid amount of money for your baby mommas for no reason other than legally they can force it

I make 3K a month, she makes like $1,200 a month. When I did the formula it shows me paying about $600 which isn’t terrible.

To the posters inquiring about my race, I’m white lmao. I’m the OP of the season-long college baseball thread

As some of the other posters have said, if she does go to the courts, you're going to be required to backpay child support from the day the child was born. If you refuse, it's going to go to arrears and it's going to start accruing interest. You still refuse, you're going to jail.

The system is slanted so far against men there's really not a whole lot of options. If she does decide to go to the courts, you need to fight like hell for full custody if possible. Might be hard with your work schedule but I'd look at all possibilities.

Pay it. You owe it. Every slick playa in America tries to weasel out of it. Jails are full of them.

This would essentially force me to give up my career. Doing that wouldn’t benefit anybody.

Go back in time and marry somebody then have a child. And, stay married.

Please tell me you have a link to that.

Looks like the thread was deleted. It was titled "Babysitting 16yo". It was classic WTF.

He had a follow up thread titled "Louisiana Law Question" asking about the specific laws regarding it all. Both been deleted.

How the hell does she live on $1200? Is she still in school or something?

First off, paying child support vs when she asks is the best thing. Always have everything in writing from a judge. Ok that’s all I got.

No they will factor that into what you pay, so your monetary cost may be less with those factors.

No. She lives with her mom and they split the bills. I pay for everything our son needs so she doesn’t have to.

Seriously tho...

many of us have been in the same boat. I can offer you some advice

1. Put nothing on social media, text, email etc that can bite you in the arse.
2. Lawyers make $$$ on billable hours, the less you use them the less you pay, some will serve only to increase issues between you in the ex to max out $$$$$ so, don't trust lawyers, most are just above car salesmen. Except some on this board (IonaTiger)
3. Remain civil, no domestic issues. Bite your tongue if need be....
4. Research, go to the web and research all you can on custody and child support in Louisiana. Learn the language.
