I watched as a friend's pit bull suddenly, with zero hints of aggression, NONE, in ten years, the most docile and friendly dog, attacked the face of a 12 year old kid who had been around the dog for 5-6 times a year for most of his life. It was just *BOOM* the dog attacked. It happened right in front of me. The poor kid had 24 stitches in his face as a result of the attack.

Do not allow your kid to go over and your neighbor may turn into an a-hole over it, but that a-hole bought a ticking time bomb.

It depends on the dog, how the people raise them and what age they got it at. Also if it's a female, fixed male or unfixed male.

If I thought there was a chance my son could be hurt by an aggressive animal on a piece of property I wouldn't give a frick how nice their pool is or if they had 200 acres loaded with 150" deer
