Elon believes in the free expression of thought he agrees with. There's ample evidence of him trying to silence contrary thought on his own platform and elsewhere.
The guy is a fraud. Like Henry Ford, he has some talent in taking other people's ideas and making a profit from them. Also like Ford, his personal life is a shambles and his views on issues outside his rather narrow scope of expertise are, to put it charitably, looney.

X isn't worth $33B. And xAI isn't as valuable since the cheap AI was made. It looks like he is simply packaging 2 losing companies to either sell off or take into bankruptcy in a couple of years. I don't know if the investors in xAI will be happy about ownership in a social media company.

I don't pretend to be some Musk fanboy. I simply posted screenshots from the link that was posted in the OP. That being said, Musk has done more for humanity in a day than anonymous internet user Jim Rockford from Tigger droppings could muster in a thousand life times. The faux moral superiority and perceived high ground that some of you have is a blend of hysterical and pathetic mixed together.
