Unless new evidence has come out pinning some act (besides the one he was exonerated for) I wouldn't take calling a man a pædophile so lightly.

The only thing that doesn't fit with that is this latest info from The Advocate quoting a Daily Mail London article saying Rogers would have sleepovers with kids. Also the Jim Engster show this morning with interviews of two people who said Rogers abused them as children.

I'm just a little skeptical of people that come out with these things only after the person is dead without any actual hard evidence.

If he was a scumbag then I hope he gets outed as a scumbag. But pædophile is a damn heavy charge to level at someone recently dead based only on hearsay.
Don't they usually find CP and hard evidence with sickos?

I saw that, but I didn't think they changed it to suicide. I thought they were still reporting that they believe the son in law murdered him. Figured he just took more time to build up the courage to then kill himself.

The only things I think we Know so far are

He was exonerated in Britain on a Molestation charge where the kid admitted it was a lie in retaliation for being kicked out.

Both men were gay lovers

Hodgkinson was married to the daughter to stay in the US

He just had his kids taken away

He'd just had his show cancelled.

Both are dead now (right? The other guy died, correct?)

I could see if maybe he killed Rogers in a fit of rage. Then, started thinking about going to jail for the rest of his life for murder and said frick it, and killed himself instead of jail for life.
