With out reading I bet the shooter is a white male. Damn can it once be a trans black person that shoots up a school?

Not in Kentucky. If someone is threatening the life of another person, you can shoot him dead.

We had the black part a few weeks ago. Turns out that he was "bullied", may or may not have been an 18 year old freshman, and was back home in time for dinner.
ETA: Downvote if you want, but that is the truth.

Most jurisdictions allow the defence of others but the actual application varies by state. Some states still use the alter ego theory where a would-be defender "steps into the shoes" of the 3rd party so they lose the self-defence argument if the one they defend is actually the aggressor. Some states also require a relationship with the one being defended.
KY still has a version of the alter ego {KRS 503.070 (2) (b)} so it can become a very sticky issue and a potential nightmare for a good samaritan who chooses incorrectly.

I remember this. Didn’t he get in a fight before said shooting?

It can also become a psychological nightmare for a good samaritan if he does justifiably shoot someone and especially if he doesn’t shoot and someone dies as a result. That’s life. And death. We have to make decisions constantly.

While that sounds like someone older than a 15 year old, assuming it is an officer, maybe in the future don't use the word "bro" when trying to convince someone it's safe to come out. Geez.

Damn, sheriff just shite on the police that responded to the shooting in Florida ( don't remember details, but they staged outside).

Doesn't matter... white kid is typical white supremacy gun culture, black kid is a victim who experienced racial attacks.

Dad bought the gun a whopping four days ago.

White kid. Weird that this isn't getting the attention from CNN you'd expect it to get.

Smart on those kids there. A combination of bullying and social media is probably the reasons why this kid snapped

Hearing the panic in their voices got me. That is my worst fear when my kids get to school in a few years.

I blame the school and teachers for this shooting. This 15 yr kid was being abused daily by bullies and he snapped. The school knew and did nothing and this is the end result of taking no action.
Charging him as an adult is even worse despite the horrific shite he just did.

Probably a jock and a couple of bullies, taken down by the Great Equalizer.

Also interesting how they slapped domestic terrorism charges so quickly yet the domestic terrorist that drove through a crowd hasn’t.

Just heard that the shooter is also going to be charged with terrorism resulting in death. But a militant black guy mowing down innocent people with a car is "likely not" terrorism. Got it.
