boosie's crew basically slaughtered a dozen or so of their rivals... almost went down for it but made it out

nba has been very busy with the glizzies for half a decade without much stopping them, but YB's time looks like it's finally coming to an end... and that's just the mainstream people

i'm kind of surprised the NBA-TBG stuff hasn't been featured on fox news or something like that. one of the nation's biggest recording artist, signed to atlantic, has been involved in multiple high profile shootings and murders (and explicitly talks about them in songs with tens/hundreds of millions of views on youtube).

I never knew all of these gangs existed in Baton Rouge. I guess I’m just a naive white guy from St George.

What's the issue here? I can't even comprehend what's going on.
What I'm seeing is a lifestyle that is 180 degrees from what you would think is found within a modern democracy. Furthermore, It's unimaginable that such feuds are allowed in a so called Enlightened nation guided by a law that's rooted in human rights.

I just can't stop thinking about this fact: People kill each other, kill, because someone, what? Someone with no self respect "Disrespected" them? And we're not only ok with it, many glorify it.

What percentage of kids do you thing gets caught up in such an unbelievable delusion?

You’re going to need to post a thread when you decide to finally leave BR. Something along the lines of “Well baws I’ve had enough, convinced the wife to leave BR for good”

I have a feeling 150-200 homicides with over 500+ shooting’s will be the new norm. The Broome/hand puppet Paul clown show will only make matters worse. BRPD needs over 100 new Officers and those vacancies are going to be extremely tough to fill. For $40K/year with the fear of criminal charges being slapped on you for making the wrong call, potential recruits see through all the bullshite after Broomes handling of the Alton Sterling case. If you’re white and apart of BRPD the clown show administration will not have your back, and instead make an example out you.

My wife is ready to leave now but we did discuss it and decided we might as well wait until the youngest is finished with HS at this point which is 3 years away.

Our house needs some repairs/updating too so we figured we could do that over those 3 years and not be in any sort of time crunch.

Sell us your house, pussies. We're moving back from Pville to BR around Fall of 23.

If you really plan on leaving in 3 years I would think carefully about how much you are spending on the updates vs just selling at a lower price. Lots of factors in that calculation.

Kinda surprising that there has been no request from the police to the public for assistance in finding the shooters. It happened in broad daylight on one of BR's busiest streets. Tons of businesses around with video surveillance. Surely there's a car description or something that the police could give to the public to help them find the shooters.

Exactly. Many of us have said this throughout the thread. Clearly their investigation has run into roadblocks. Its not like this was a 1am murder on plank road.

This was Bluebonnet in the middle of the day with traffic. Plus they already said the shooters saw them IN the mall, so there should be plenty of cameras.

I've never made such a request since the origin of the downvote, but I would love to hear from my downvoters.

you’d be surprised

Breauxsif, why are you banishing me to BR? I don’t even like it. I’m not from here, never really chose to come here, and I just put up with it because luckily my husband has been able to get good jobs. Good enough jobs to where I can stay home and hire ppl to do the house maintenance

ETA: I’ll give up posting for Lent
