Reminds me of the Tupac/Biggie feud. They rapped about their problems, and at first their rap was about their lives, but then they began to take it farther in the songs. More threats, and then it was more life imitating art.

Wish I could leave sooner. Neither my job nor my wife would allow it for reasons that would cost me a lot financially either way.

I don’t disagree with you in principal, but I think it’s beyond naïve to say there are communities where there’s a zero chance of this. That’s horse shite.
But there are communities where it’s a helluva lot less likely to happen.

The Spanish Town Parade drew over 100k revelers in downtown Baton Rouge today. Black, White, Gay, Straight, Liberal, Conservative all lined up to enjoy the return of Mardi Gras.
No reports of violence!

We have a few rappers get killed every year in BR. Either that's the most dangerous profession in the world or almost every young black male is a rapper.
To be Fair, This song is pretty damned good. I expected him to just be another wannabe rapper but he had real talent and potential.
It's horrible they have kids and guns in the video but the lyrics flow well and they are awfully haunting in retrospect.

It’s simple demographics. If you live in an overwhelmingly white or Asian city you can have a great quality of life. There is not a single predominately black city in America that doesn’t have the same exact social pathologies. It is what it is when the nuclear family has collapsed. When I lived in Boulder or Japan or Costa Rica or upstate New York I didn’t have to deal with any of this. I live right by where this shooting occurred and it’s very nice and I have a business here. But I’m looking at remote options. This event is a harbinger of things to come. Black culture has catastrophically failed ( by the design of the Democratic Party starting in 1964) and its not going to change anytime soon. And none of us whites or Asians or latins can do anything about it except shake our heads because our Ruling Class has actually endorsed it. FTR, it’s black people that are truly suffering, we are just witnessing it. It’s depressing as hell.

I like his songs more than other local Baton Rouge rappers we have right now. I hate that TrueBleeda and Gee Money are gone. They made good
music.
music.

That’s all fine and dandy, but you still can’t say there is zero chance of this happening.

True Bleeda and his group Trench Bullies from Zion City were evidently feuding with some of NBA Youngboy’s people, as well as the Vulture Click based around 75th St

If that song is considered ‘damned good’ then I am definitely turning into my parents. That sounds like garbage to me.

does the song really matter if the entire culture revolves around killing each other? that video is just disgusting and shows why this will never stop and never change
look at all the young kids in that video. what hope do they have?
poverty, death and broken homes even though they live in a country that offers them unlimited opportunity

It is garbage. It’s the bleeding out with your brain matter mixed with your intestines on Bluebonnet of music. It’s music for a horribly debased culture and a celebration of nihilism and death. It has no redeeming qualities. Damn, if you can’t even get auto tune right, give it the frick up. Absolute shite. If shite could shite it would sound like that. My fricking ears need an enema.
