You hear these stories about how hard it is to get rid of these ppl. Would not be hard for me. Start the legal process to remove them so that their is record of them being there. Then stakeout the house as soon as they leave and they will have to at some point, set it on fire. The thieves will be blamed for it. YOu get them on a arson charge and file suit against them and you also can collect the insurance.

Squatters Rights might be the most fricked up laws in this country. Squatters should have no rights and they deserve no rights. It's legalized house theft.
