Mother's Day is the worst holiday of the year

Just come out and tell us what the hell you want from us.
Its not even the mother that's the problem now.
Its the giving to the wife that's the mother of your kids.
Giving to wife "from" the children.
Giving to your actual mother from you that you don't even have time for cause you got your own family shite going on.
Buying card for wife.
Buying card as mother.
Has anyone read cards lately? They are all 1000% so fricking stupid. Every damn one of them. Funny isn't even funny. The serious ones are so damn gay. There is nothing good about cards. Here's $20 for two glittery pieces of shite.
Here's flowers that never make you happy.
What's the damn magical present that will make you smile.
I ain't got time to sit here and guess any of this shite.
Oh, your birthday is 4 days later. frick this gay earth.

I love my mother and she is a great woman, but she is impossible to purchase gifts for and rarely gives clues about what she would like.

I let my son pick out the cards this year. Wife and both grandmas are getting Happy Birthday PJ Mask cards.

For the mother of my children I plan on detailing her car and smoking her a brisket. And I buy rose bushes instead of cuttings. They last a lot longer.
My mom gets a card in the mail and a phone call. I gave her the gift of grandchildren, so I feel that covers the big gift.
